PAYMENT TERMS
By Irrevocable, Transferable, Confirmed SBLC – 100% Payment at Sight for total Quantity from a Top Western Prime Bank.

PERFORMANCE BOND
Seller will issue 2% Performance Bond upon receipt of SBLC to activate payment instrument.

INSPECTION
Quality & Quantity Inspection by SGS (or equivalent international body) at Seller’s cost at Port of Loading.

PROCEDURES
Buyer issues LOI + RWA/BCL

Seller issues FCO

Buyer signs, seals, and returns the FCO

Seller issues Draft Contract

Buyer signs, seals, and returns the Contract; Seller countersigns

Buyer’s Bank issues Non-operative SBLC to Seller’s Bank

Seller issues 2% Performance Bond (PB) to activate the payment

SBLC becomes operative
