INSPECTION:
S.G.S Inspection for Quality and Quantity Service at Seller’s Cost will inspect the Commodity at
Place of Loading.
PROCEDURES:
Buyer submits LOI & BCL not older than 5 banking days.
Seller issues Contract for Buyer’s signature and Buyer returns signed Contract to Seller.
Buyer Bank Issues Letter of Credit to the Seller in 5 Working Days After Signing the Contract.
Shipment commences as per contract.
